Because we are hosting the world’s biggest clubs (like Liverpool, PSG, and Bayern München), we expect our volunteers to mirror that professional environment.
Punctuality: arriving on time for briefings and shifts is critical.
Presentation: wearing the provided volunteer gear with pride and maintaining a tidy appearance.
Helpfulness: proactively looking for ways to assist guests and teams without being asked.

The tournament is a high-intensity, short-duration event.
Commitment: we prioritize volunteers who are available for the entire tournament window (September 11–13, 2026).
Flexibility: while you will have a primary role, being willing to "pitch in" where needed during busy moments is essential.

You will be interacting with people from all over the world.
Inclusive environment: treating every player, coach, and fellow volunteer with dignity and fairness, regardless of their background.
Diplomacy: acting as a bridge between the tournament and international guests, respecting different languages and cultural norms.

As this is a youth (U13) tournament, the safety of the players is our #1 priority.
Safe environment: following all tournament protocols regarding interaction with minors.
Discretion: maintaining a professional distance from the "star" coaches and players—remember, you are there as a colleague and facilitator, not a fan.

Responsiveness: replying to tournament communications (emails/WhatsApp) in a timely manner.
Responsibility: if an emergency arises and you cannot make a shift, communicating this immediately so we can adjust our logistics.
SELECTION PROCESS
Please be aware that submitting a questionnaire does not guarantee a volunteer role. Because of high demand, we will only respond to applicants who are selected for a specific match/role. We appreciate your support and interest in being part of Virgil’s legacy.
